Costum Bokeh Testrun

So taking the Costum Bokeh on and off works like a charm. Replacing the Bokeh with another "Preset" is easy as well. So far I got the diamond shaped Bokeh, and a heart which i will not post any pictures of since its a total cliche.
My Katrine helping out.

Costum Bokeh Creation

Costum Bokehs is not something new. Apparently there is alot of turotials on the web about this, but with a bit of theoretical knowledge about light and lenses this is no prob to figure out. What I wanted to make was a Costum Bokeh which I can costumize without alot of effort - on the fly.

DIY submerging the thingy

my good friend and photographer Kristoffer Bjørn and his girl was on a visit, so what better thing to do than testing my newly created semi-submergable thingy. Kristoffer took these pictures as I slowly yet boldly pushed the thingy into the water.
Go see his blog at: Kristoffer Bjørn
It held tight, and still does, so it was a great success. Pictures will follow of what this can be used for.
And yes the thingy looks like shit, but if it does it's purpose and does it boldly, then I'm willing to accept that.

DIY submergable thingy

I made a semi-submergable casing for my Eos 40d. I have no remembrance of the total price for it all, but it sure wasn't as pebbery as the pro-submergable cabins.
Next step is to make a shape out of foam to keep the camera in place. But I think i'll test the thingy before finishing it off.
